i use to play on 8500 dpi 3.6 x/y and 17 scope/target it's not hard it's a good sens only problem is that if you play on a high dpi than the recommended one for the game it will skip frames which can impair your vision even if you aren't moving your mouse very fast at all.

I was curious about this because I know I play on a high edpi, but I didn't know I was that far out there. I play on 4500 dpi on my mouse (razer basilisk), and my ingame sens is 19.3 giving me an edpi of 868.5. Im not going to say Im a pro, but Im a decent player with that dpi. It always boggles my mind though when I see people comfortably playing on a normal dpi. Doesnt the arm get tired?

Before I decided play competitively I used 1600 dpi and 37% in game sense aka 592 edpi and yes I came to that conclusion through my own experience and no one else’s input. Right before I decided to start playing competitively I lowered my sensitivity to 1200 dpi and 15% in game sense aka 180 edpi and that is what I play on to this day. The switch came when I heard my friend who already played competitively try my sense and then I lowered it to what felt good. Even though right after the switch I was still playing on extremely high sense it felt like really low sense but my aim improved like crazy. To this day it still feels like low sense but I guess not

I personally play on around 200 edpi as I was always used to, probably because my first mouse was calibrated like this and I never questioned it.
