This is the chronological order of the important things that happened after YG TREASURE BOX. (Correct me if i'm wrong guys!). January 16, 2019 - final episode was aired (Ep.10 - you'd notice that when debut line up are being announced, (HARUTO>YE DAM>JUNGWHAN>JUNKYU first 4 members) there are no fans cheering because they were asked to leave the event area to prevent spoilers before the airing of the show. I think the episode was originally filmed on December 31, 2018(?) and was aired on January 16, 2019). January 21, 23, 25 - JEONGWOO>JAEHYUK>HYUNSUK were announced on SNS and V LIVE as then final debut members through individual posters. January 25 - the same day HYUNSUK completes TREASURE 7 members, they weny live on V LIVE that night. They revealed that there were no sort briefing or so if they were gonna be a debut member or not. They had to wait for the announcement on V LIVE as well. HYUNSUK was automatically presumed as the leader after the announcement. Many fans were even joking how JUNKYU was gonna be the eldest if HYUNSUK didn't make it. (Because JUNKYU is still a BABY). January 28 - when it was announced that TREASURE is the new boy group's name. the same day when BYOUNG GON and SEUNGHUN were rumored to have left YGE after they created a public instagram account (which was not allowed if you're a YG trainee). January 29 - all of sudden and unexpectedly, there was a poster of NEW LINE UP - COMING SOON with 6 spots. Yes, just the day after BYOUNGGON and SEUNGHUN left, YG announced to debut another line up which, if we'd think, would actually complete 13 debut members(like the 13 finalist which of kind made sense since YG compliment them from looking good on stage, sort of change his mind about the number to debut. he knew there were so much talents he couldn't just allow to slip awat from his grasp) many fans assumed it was the remaining of the 13 finalist to complete the 6 member line up but it was a debate if BYOUNGGON and SEUNGHUN would actually debut or be included in the second line up since they were rumored to have left YG already. January 30 to February 4 - they announced through poster one member each day and the order is: YOONBIN>MASHIHO>DOYOUNG>YOSHINORI>JIHOON>ASAHI(well during the announcements from the last 3 members of TREASURE7 and the second line up it was so CHAOTIC, confusing what is the meaning of the second line up? are they gonna debut after TREASURE or what? What is gonna be the concept of this set up? February 7, 2019 - TREASURE13 was officially announced as the group's name as whole with 2 units: TREASURE7 and MAGNUM who were supposed to debut seprately just after TREASURE13'S debut as group. So basically, they were supposed to have different promotions and music releases after their debut as TREASURE13 since YG originally didn't want a huge group. Well, TREASURE has proven enough that they are revolutionizing the YG style by being a huge, synchronized, and versatule group. February 13, 2019 - i'm not sure if its the actual date but they went live as 13 members on V LIVE, officially claimed as YG's new boy group who we can look forward to. AND YES, after that they created the group's official IG account where members started posting random personal and hilarious things to share to fans until they suddenly went silent a few months later ( YG amidst scandals and being targeted by media - like always ). May 2019 - when they updated THE BEGINNING photoshoots, giving fans hopes that they are debuting very soon. the members NEVER made personal post again and their IG account is rather managed by the company and will only update for birthday posters. YES they were supposed to debut between May - July 2019 which obviously never happened. June - December 2019 - they were silent for 7 months straight which made fans worry, of course, but i'm really proud how Treasure Makers managed to take whole 7 months seeing Treasure boys through 144p photos, sometimes seen shopping t Hongdae or buying ice creams or doing marathon and sports. When January arrived - many people believed that's gonna be recovery year for YG. Plus the fact that YG staffers hinted how 2020 is going to be YG's year. Everything could have been better if the pandemic didn't get on the way. BIGBANG would havr made a epic comeback on Coachell, BLACKPINK'S gonna prepare for another world tour, and TREASURE is going to debut and hold the fanmeeting they've always dreamed of. January 6, 2020 - YG has somehow recovered from the controversies and made an official statement regarding TREASURE's formerly called TREASURE13, is set to debut as 12 members. HA YOONBIN parted from the group for musical differences (which agonizes us ygtb teume even more). Since then, the group as undebuted trainees started to become active again and posted GOING CRAZY performance film to start off their signal as being "youtubers" posting covers, different series, reality shows which boosted their popularity. And yeah~

Before Hyunsuk announced as 7th member , seunghun and Byounggon rumored that they already left in YG. I still remember that day some silver boys fans wanted to Hyunsuk leave also to join the two.

Back then, the Treasure 7 announcement which included JaeHyuk and JungHwan to the list was really made a controversion. Since most of the people though that the other trainees are better than these 2 boys. But, we really could see it now! These 2 boys are really slapped all the hatters, they really really precious and have a talented skills and especially awesome stage presences. I believe Yang Hyun Suk have seen their potential during the trainee days and he believed that these 2 boys will complete the Treasure as a perfect group.

@@J_jae because supposedly the other 2 magnum members were seunghoon and byonggoun, but they both left and joined CIX before the announcement of magnum's debut line up. So 2 members were taken from trainees who according to YG had potential (Yoshi in Rap and Asahi in Produce songs) after all, initially YG planned to debut Magnum in Japan, so he chose Japanese trainees.

True, i don't know why so many people hated on these two Boys when they're actually got alot compliment during show, and i don't have a problem with their debut (at ygtb era i don't even have a bias bc just too focus on all trainees) since this is a 'SURVIVAL SHOW' so we should accept for the result no matter what, bc they deserve it without no reason. but as time goes by, they start to realize how talented they are & then accept them, and suddenly said they regret what they did before to 🦁&🐮. Glad, that I'm not among of 'those' people that time.

Seunghun has a higher chance to debut if he just stick to his forte, vocal, and didn't chose the easy path. He chose Mashiho to compete in Dean's Half Moon, cuz I think he think it's easy to beat Mashi than Yedam and Junkyu but he don't know that Mashi has a skill that he is hiding under his sleeves. He can maybe beat Junkyu if he did choose Junkyu back then because his voice is really good in song 'Beautiful'. And in the final round, he did chose again dance rather than vocal eventhough he can compete to the vocal trinity. Seunghun is one of the trainee to that time that most trainess are afraid to. He just did a wrong decision.

Yeah, I really agree. Eventhough I supported the Silverboys and Mashi back then, it is still a blessing in disguise that the two, Byunggon and Seunghun, didn't debut in Tre-. They are not fit in Tre- concept and it will just look awkward. They are more fit in CIX, a much mature concept than Tre-.

He didn't pick junkyu because of the line distribution and aside from that he didn't want to compete with his friend. It's still sad it took me months to recover from gonhun but it's already done we can't do anything from it i'm happy for them finally they have their own group as leader and a main vocal.

true and I didn’t understand how the fans are saying YG did him dirty when he was given countless chance and screentime compared to other trainees. he was picked as the 3rd member from TeamA during the first T7 lineup, was part of Treasure 6 and even getting him back in the finals even tho he should’ve been eliminated too, but still, he made the wrong choice in dance. there was also a rumor that he already/in discussion to a contract in another company while the finals is still ongoing. so BX also chose to leave to be with hun. Glad they debuted with Cix too they fit their concept more.

SH doesn't fit the overall image that Treasure is portraying - the younger, bright, energetic vibe. But who know what would have happened if him and BG did not leave right before they announced the Magnum line up. They could have ended up in the Magnum line and we probably wouldn't have the Treasure 12 we have now - especially with Yoonbin leaving to pursue his own style. That left Magnum with Yoshinori as the only rapper in the line up which makes sense why he combined them. Ultimately it seems like sometimes thing happen the way they were meant to - SH and BG ended up signing and debuting before Treasure and I agree their group suits them so much more (mature concepts) and the fact they debuted together makes me so happy for them, JungSeob with PH1 Harmony (followed him and JunHyuk since KPOP STAR) - and he really worked hard under YG. It didnt work out but it gave him tools to use for the future and ended up debuting right after Treasure did. Kotaro - debuting in Japan, Keita & Dohwan- with Ciipher... 2018-2019 was probably the year we saw an overwhelming number of talented people in YG but glad many of them were picked up by other agencies. No way would YGE be able to push out 3 boy groups consecutively-especially with Ikon and Winner still part of the label. Plus, You can tell what concept they wanted with their new BG - and it was much younger and a completely different vibe to previous groups. This bunch was supertalented - hope they all kill it in 2021.

Another day, another reaction to ygtb with overflowing tears. YG has the best yet the most traumatizing survivals ever. Before ygtb there were WIN and M&M with WINNER and iKON and the pain that those survival caused are of the same intensity as ygtb. As a YG Stan I’ve watched all of them and i dropped liters of tears, they’re literally unforgettable by my scarred heart.

tbh yg really picks his idols well. he tells them harsh comments so they can improve in the future. he lashes onto them passively aggressively (but kind of not idk) and tells them what they are lacking in or what not to do, etc but in a harsh way. he harshly lashes at his trainees so the trainees can prepare in the future and can handle hate comments bashing on their dancing/singing/rapping as well

and even he is harsh he will never give up on you esp if they know you have a potential like how Hyunsuk and Junkyu had been going through since mixnine. they always find ways to encourage their trainees in unexpected way like how YG cheered Winner ( Team A ) when they lose over iKON (Team B) on Who is Next survival battle and iKON had a chance to go to the beach and Winner expect a long day of practicing but little did they know that YG prepared something for them. Same goes when Junkyu loosing his confidence and by gaining it he gives Junkyu an encouraging words and gift also yg staff made him do a mission where all trainees praise him to gain confidence.

For the more than 10 times that I watched YGTB, it is only now that I realized why all 3 trainees who chose vocal made it to final Treasure7. It's because the 1000 onsite voters can only cast 1 vote per genre and since vocal only has 3 trainees, the votes were higher. Now the mystery is solved why Mashiho didnt make it to the Top 7. There were too many of them in Dance genre and his 1st place in pre-votes wasnt enough to push him inside the top 7. Anyways, Thank you so much Ams and Ev!! In YG treasure box the four members of Treasure is Haruto, Bang Yedam, Jungwhan, and Jun Kyu, Next week after the show they announce the remaining three members which are Jeongwoo, Jaeyuk and the last member announced is Choi Hyunsuk. They also announce the Magnum member; Ha Yoonbin, Mashiho, Do young, Yoshinori, Jihoon and Asahi. Were all the Treasure and Magnum will called Treasure 13. I think YG wants the treasure 13 to be like EXO which divided into two groups Treasure and Magnum. But since Ha Yoonbin left the group the companya and YG decided to promote them as a one group called Treasure.

No one expected Junghwan's name to be called that time, imagine the backlash that YHS got for choosing him before? Poor kid also got hated even before debuting cause YGTB fans thought he wasn't deserving. That's why I will always be thankful to YHS for seeing his potential and choosing him. from what I've remembered, the voting process is to choose your own final 7 and team A + jihoon was the biggest voted team so they got the highest points, which every member of that team will get. Yedam and Junkyu was also in the 2nd and 3rd highest team so they both got full points for the pre-voting.

The Winners of YGTB are (7members or "TREASURE) Haruto, Yedam, Junkyu, Junghwan, Jeongwoo, Jaehyuk & Hyunsuk The additional members Jihoon, Mashi, Yoshi, Asahi & Doyoung are chosen by Sajangnim coz of demand from fans (but as per YG Life, Sajangnim said he already think of debuting 13 trainees thus the birth of TREASURE13 with 2 sub units TREASURE & MAGNUM.. When I think bout it nowadays forming "TREASURE" was really really complicated before but am glad it turns out well & perfect now :)

I can't believe I have finished this with you. I have watched this since it was aired and become my go to videos while waiting for them to finally debut. As someone who get used to YG survival from Bigbang Beginnings, WIN (Winner) and Mix and Match (Ikon), I somehow know how YG himself see potential. People can hate on YG but he really sees talent. These survival also makes YG stan love our fave groups because we know the hard work they have been before getting to where they are now.

All right, so my favorite parts of this last episode reaction are : 1. The intro drama. It's EPIC 😆 2. The parents in law. I imagine if it really happens, you know, your meeting them 😚 3. The meant to be MIAMI shirt. What a hawk-eyed you are, Ammy 😁 4. When you got amazed and goosebumps over the dance team. FYI, they choreographed it and sang the BGM songs by themselves. Couldn't be any prouder of them. 5. When all the parents showed up at the end. We all want to resist crying, but we just can't. Me, everytime I watched that scene, I couldn't help tearing up. Parents-related thing is my mellow area. Anyway, thank you so much Ammy and Evelyn. We know this show is so brutal, annoying, and making you pissed of. But you try hard to keep going on for us. We really appreciate it. Despite all the pros, cons, and different opinions or POVs, we're glad you finish it (although being left hanging 😅). Once again, thank you very much. Love you all 💖

Tbh when YG only announced 4 members and hyunsuk name not been called yet, i was thinking that if hyunsuk not one of the members then im done with kpop. He had been through alot since MIXNINE ( his first survival show before treasure box ) so i cant bear looking at him having a hard time.
