@@alwaysbekind3458 I know what you are trying to say about Seunghun but really its not a good thing for him to just channel his frustration into acting up towards anyone who are a little inexperience than him. Its not because he has the experience then he has to act like that. Its not understandable because all of them wants recognition and everyone of them shouldn't be worth less or more than the other just because of the length of years they are trained. Regardless if any of them sacrificed childhood or not shouldn't be a reason from them to act superior than the other. If you really understand why many reacted negatively on this particular scene then you must know that none of your explanation suits here. Really, they missed up with their attitude here and that's on period. No explanation needed. I still supported them in CIX though. In fact, I bought their album Hello Chapter 3, but really I was disappointed at this part from them because I expected them to know these things better given that they are more experienced than the others.

Side story: WHen someone said "Jihoon's been thru a lot" he indeed did. Jihoon was supposed to debut in another boy group but he chose audition for YG again. At first he could not move into yg dorm so he had to stay at Sinxity's house (ex-director/producer of yg). There is photo of Jihoon and other trainees sleeping on his floor bc there wasn't enough room for them.

I agree with you about Seunghun's and Byonggon's attitude, they were kinda cocky and I don't think that help them at all, they were over too confident for their years of training that didn't really see the others as good competitors. I watched the show while airing and let me tell you it was so frustating. I personally didn't like Seunghun's acttitud during the show because he never risk anything and was his biggest mistake, Seunghun as a person a like him, I saw the other YGTB content and he was funny and everything but in the actual show he never made good choices. Also agree with you about them fitting a more mature concept, I am glad they could debut un a gruop like CIX. I am a Mashi biased since TREASURE BOX so I cryed so much watching him cry.

He wanted to beat mashiho cause he saw mashi as an ez opponent, while in the vocal battle he was afraid to joined the vocal team cause of junkyu yedam and jeongwoo, and it led him to joined the dance team cause he thought he could win in it just because YG praised his dance. 😑

As i can see to Treasure, their images are both cute and cool and Seunghyun and Byungon doesnt look cute at all. they look more mature. Very important note for me in this episode: 1. Doyoung being the most YOLO and fearless on this episode. He also know how to have fun amidst the chaos even until now. Im glad he has that kind of mentality 2. Jihoon, Yedam, Doyoung, Millenium (the lyricist and composer of Slow Motion and many other tracks), Seunghun, Midam, Hyunsuk (?) etc are part of Silver Boys (the original line up of Team A and the group that competed with Stray Kids in their survival shows, YG vs JYP eps). Hence, Yedam, Jihoon, Doyoung and Hyunsuk seems to have closer relationship at the beginning among the other members since they are trained longer. 3. The birth of Hajeongwoo and Mashikyu units. This units are the strongest pairing in Treasure since then, imo. Thus, the Hajeongwoo cover (Stack it Up) is one of the most viewed cover in their youtube channel. I hope they will release their unit song again in the future like GD&TOP. I really like how you pointed something out amidst your reaction. Hang in there, guys lollll.. You can do it...we're almost there! :D

I always thought Seunghun liked playing safe. They were veteran trainees yet they picked the unit with the least training. In future episodes, you can see this for sure, he doesn't take risks and I kinda get it, he was the oldest and he wanted to ensure a place in the debuting group but I don't think YG liked that, idk, maybe that's why he wasn't picked

Yeah, YG likes challenges, so he likes someone who would take risks to go over their limit. He likes someone like Wang Jyun Hao, that boy love taking risks, even on PDx101, he likes to do something difficult to challenge himself, which that is what YG likes. But Seunghun afraid to do that, and I also understand, he's one of the oldest, and like you said it, he wanted to ensure a place in the debuting group. However, he do have to step over his boundaries for that challenge. BUT I'm still glad that he and Byounggon got to debut in CIX because they suit that group more.

i'm a silverboys fan through and through and i love them all so very much. i think they're one of the nicest trainees out there, byounggon especially cause he is like the acting leader for team a and he's a very selfless and warm person but at that time, like at that very moment, i didn't quite like the smugness they showed. there's something about them knowing that they'll win if it's a popularity vote regardless if they actually did well or not that doesn't sit well with me. i also didn't like how seunghun would always pick the "easier one to beat" i noticed that when he picked mashi cause he knew he wouldn't have the chance if he picked yedam or junkyu, it also happened this time when he picked yeongue and yoonbin knowing that they have the least training of all. i mean i know this is a competition and they need to rise above the rest but i feel like he's also downgrading his talents and potentials. (you guys can honestly see it more in the future episodes and it's really sad cause i personally think that the reason why he didn't debut with treasure is because of his own decisions.)

I understand why Mashiho felt that way. He practiced almost his whole life so it's really frustrating when he couldn't do the backflip. In addition, he felt that that's the only way they can beat Hajeongwoo... Both teams are great but Hajeongwoo's voice and chemistry are more defined. I enjoyed both performance, though.. 💗

I see that you won't watch who is next or mix and match. Well let me spill why I said those survival show is a GOOD dang survival but at the same time, cruel. In who is next, The match is between Team A (Winner) VS Team B(Ikon). Both are very awesome and phenomenal group. In the WIN (who is next) They have to create their own stage, that means including making their own choreo for the dance performance, re arrange their own song, write, and produce their own music. They literally show that both team have no sleep at all despite the next day, they have to do live perform. one of the episode really showed that team B just done practicing in YG Trainee center 3 hours before doing their LIVE performance. yes they barely have any sleep. But the show is REAAALLLY that good. It shows how an artist can grow in span of months with the help of the survival show itself. I like this one particular episode where YG senior artists being the judge of the show and GD Taeyang is the mentor for Team A and Team B. Taeyang for Team A(winner) and GD for Team B(Ikon). idk is it just me but that episode for me it was like seeing both of the Team discovering their color, their uniqueness. oh and in episode 4 there was YG VS JYP battle thingy. YG with Winner and Ikon while JYP with Got7 and Day6. Mix and match is more enjoyable because it was kinda less tense. But it was depressing af still with countless of drama here and there. Mix and match is a SPECIAL survival show just to 'create' Ikon. There was 6 old trainees (From WIN) + 3 new trainees. 3 of the 6 old trainees were not the fix member to debut (June, Song, DK). So they have to battle these 3 new trainees. Well it was just complicated. BUT at the same time as Mix and Match, the rapper line of Ikon (B.I and BOBBY) went to another survival show which is SHOW ME THE MONEY 3 , BOBBY win 1st place btw. IDK there are a lot to share with you guys, it was just, depressing for me that time. I don't know why I tortured myself by watching those survival shows. and this is basically why I'm kinda Immune to YG Treasure Box. LOL

Yg wanted Seunghoon to have confidence like Doyoung but he always underestimated himself despite of singing this good. Well, Seunghoon didn't have a bad attitude towards any trainee. He has been a trainee for 9 years which makes him desperate to debut. Byoungon was selected to debut with Hyunsuk in the Mixnine show but they couldn't. Byoungon and Seunghoon are the oldest out there so I wouldn't blame them for it.

Ugh, the way I'm tearing up already on the Going Crazy stage of Treasure 6. I was just watching the Going Crazy stage at MCountdown and I'm just so proud of them. And this is why I'm emotional every time I see Mashiho do backflips, I always remember this episode. And yes, I agree with you regarding Seunghun and BX. They really fit well with CIX. And they just kept avoiding Yedam or Treasure A, I feel like if they challenged Yedam or other Treasure A, it would have been a different story. Imagine Seunghun challenging Junkyu, or them challenging Yedam and Keita. When it aired I was really hoping Seunghun challenge Junkyu, it would've been awesome watching them sing Beautiful.

I felt like it was more of him wanting to not only win the challenge and keep his spot in treasure but win it against the same person that beat him the first time. I saw nothing to it. But I did agree that deans song fit seunghun way more than BX, I’ve always felt his voice was super similar to Dean’s as well , but it didn’t allow BX to showcase his rapping skills . ahh i hate evil editing so much!! this show tries to push the byounggon + seunghun cocky/rude agenda when it honestly couldn't be further from the truth, if anything they were desperate! seunghun had been a trainee for over 9 years and gon had his mix 9 debut cancelled. as the 2 oldest and always being criticised by yg they probably felt so desperate and I'm so glad they could in cix 🥺 they're both angels honestly and especially byounggon his appearance looks so intimidating but he's the complete opposite,, checking out some cix content or the extra ygtb content would really help see that 💞

I noticed that on Love Scenario, when Mashiho and Jeongwoo step up to do the rap part and impressed main producer Yang. Thats the moment i knew what he want from the trainees. Hun tend to avoid the stronger competitor and didnt take risk. It's too bad, since he was one of the best vocal/dance on YGTB. But, i don't think GonHun are cocky. The evil editing made them look like that.

I agree, both Ruto/Jeongwoo and Junkyu/Mashi’s performance were almost even. The style was so different from each other. These 4 kids were among my favorites during ygtb so I was down the middle. Also Yoonbin and Yeongue’s performance was better for me too. Having more training and age can be an advantage but not always when there’s good talent in the bunch. Haruto and Jeongwoo are a prime example. Mashiho was still very young here too, i believe he was only 17. And he was so good with amazing vocals, stage presence and charisma . The boys from Treasure definitely fit with the concept they are going for at the moment. The show was so stressful watching live lol omg.

I also think YOONBIN x YEONGUE should have won that. I enjoyed their performance more, personally. I also agree about Seunghun and Gon overdoing it, but that is understandable for me, they are probably the most pressured because they are in Treasure A but they rarely get compliment from YHS but still, they overdid it for sure. But I dont agree with the other two being cocky, it’s the editing. You can watch their own reaction to every episode and Gon was shown a lot of time being a lil bit cocky and Gon pointed out that it was the editing. But those two are the sweetest actually 😊 They are admired and loved so much by the other trainees. It’s the editing, for me 😊 Anyway, I enjoy watching this again with you ☺️

This episode will always not fail to make me shed a tear even if I watched this for countless times. Mashi is really confident with his skills and talent. You can already saw that from the first episode. So, knowing he can't do the things that he knows he is capable of doing is so frustrating. Thats why I understand the reason why he did cry that time. He invest his time when he was just 5 years old to learn diff. types of dances, and that includes b-boying, even ballet. In their perfromance in SBS Gayo Daejun where he able to do that backflip, it really made me teary eyed and proud. I've been a mashmellow right from the start, I know how he struggle in this episode and seeing him doing that in SBS made me really proud. I also honestly don't like the decisions of YG before. As a YG stan, we really want that all Team A or what we called Silver Boys to be on the final line up but I guess YG already set his mind to what kind of group he wants to create by thus survival show, and that is Treasure now. We can now see whats YG's vision back then, Seunghun and Byunggon really don't fit in Treasure. As what you guys said, they are quite mature to be on Treasure. And I really commend YG for having an eye and how he great he is in making kpop groups. We really love to see you guys react to WIN: Who's Next, but yeah, it is quite more cruel qnd harsher than YGTB. So, I understand the hesitation. YGTB already made you annoyed and emotionally drained, what more if its that survival show. YG really love to have a survival show that is cruel and much more real because he knows that kpop world is much more cruel. He knows that his artists are always the target of media. If this trainess can't withstand the hardship and cruelty of this survival show, they can't withstand how much more cruel kpop world is.

Its just back then, we were rooting for all them but just had this hope for the older trainees cause time was running out. At least i sympathized with gohun cause they were on the older end.

I really believe that Bang Yedam really deserves to where he is right now, not like everyone tells that the main producer favors him the most, it's just like he's been really really good in everything that he's doing and been an ace in every episodes that were actually airing. Everyone sees that on him that's why he is getting that attention and we all know that the passion he puts everyday is really a big thing and take note, he's good on their school too. He is really talented and the most humble man that I know.

I just want you guys to realize that during reality shows like this, the show try to manipulate how some participants may come off by their editing to make a drama that will get people's interest and eventually increase the ratings. This show was a mess and at the time this was airing fans were also a mess bc everyone was carried away by emotions. I have come to love all the trainees here. You also have to understand how desperate the trainees who have been there for a long time, in a way this was their last shot at debuting, to them everything felt uncertain at that time and if they don't make it to the final line up they could possibly not debut at all and put their years of training to waste. Also idk if its just bc Byounggon was actually my ygtb bias but I feel like he dont deserve to be called cocky during this time. :((( He was like a dad to every other trainee in this show, they wouldn't show it much in the proper episodes but in extra contents like diary cam or their other activities you could see how much he cared and looked after every trainee. When he ended up not making it to the debut line up he was like "you guys please do well even without me" :((( And even now, he's always showed support and congratulate the other trainees' in their individual endeavors. Lastly, you cant say having an existing fanbase doesn't mean at all because it does, like in any other survival show its somehow an advantage. You could even say that yg ended up announcing 2 line ups at the end of the show because fans of those who didn't made the first 7 line up made a ruckus knowing their biases was deserving to debut and would be such a waste if to let go (in which I totally agree and im sure yg did too)

Aside from BX, that in YGTB trainee reactions said that he got evil editing (cause of his cold face), Seunghun was a little bit cocky, over confident and like YG said, he was sometimes too much. He kept wanting to beat Mashiho cause he thought himself was better than mashi, and ofcourse we all knew that, but he didnt analayze the reason why he lost. YG said he was too much. He kept showing his over and too much high notes out of nowhere, even in this episode with BX (even with this song BX couldnt show his rap potential). If he fixed his way of singing, I bet YG would praised his singing, and with that he would joined the vocal battle against Yedam, Jeongwoo, and Junkyu. But no. He couldn't analayze his fault in singing, in the end he was afraid against the 3 of them and chose the ez way by joining the dance team with "YG praised his dance" as the reason. I mean of couse he got praised for his dance, he was one of the longest trainee.. I am not hating this guy guys, i love his talent and him as normal people, but that attitude was a big no.

You can never change a person opinion especially when triggered by emotion. I am one of them too. I got annoyed whenever Seunghun always wanted to challenge Mashiho but at the end of their 1:1 match I almost cried when he lost to him . Same with this episode, I felt the cocky vibes for them and at the same time my heart wrenched when they win but couldn't get a compliment from YHS. At the end of this episode and even the last 3 episodes of YGTB those 2 are really talented ,kind and has a leader/older brother vibes. If you watched clearly, these ladies reaction was an honest opinion they felt only during that scene . Lastly, please don't think that this show is a mess because of roller-coaster emotions and unjust editing scenes against the two. I believed that these 29 trainees being part of final TREASURE group or not used this show as their stepping stone or motivation to hone their skills.

He is good at high notes, everyone know that, but he always show his high notes out of nowhere to the point that YG kept reminding him "too much", and yet he did not try to fix it. He always went for safe play by choosing a style of music that suit himself instead of challenging a new style to show a different style and potential to YG. And about this episode performance, I did see the full and my point still stand, it was more like Seunghun's song, not BX.

In YGTB Seunghun was def one of my faves but yes, I agree as Treasure debuted it was clear he & Gon didnt fit what YG had in mind. And I remember back then, there were so many dramatic speculations like bx and seunghun's attitude, doyoung is being selfish for choosing yedam eventhough his partner said the otherwise, junkyu not giving mashi the best help during the redoing of backflip for rehearsals and many more. mostly here are teumes but im trying to prove a point here as both(teume & fix) about their attitude,they should feel confident though. it’s a competition so what do we expect. they only being “cocky” when they go on stage and battle but they didnt being cocky off stage. they’re both humble and very nice with others. YG is the one who always said “be more confident” and Seunghun is listening to him well. he did what YG tells him just to hear one compliment. when he get into Treasure 6,YG still didnt praise them. during final,seunghun avoid vocal and choose dance team bcs he’s not confident in vocal team bcs there are yedam,junkyu & jeongwoo. i felt bad for him when he said “you guys are too strong” when in facts that was seunghun main position(vocalist) i get it seunghun should be in vocal team(i also want him to be in vocal team) but for him, choosing the dance team was his chance to survive and get into the final lineup. he cant see the chance of winning in vocal team. he choose dance team bcs YG compliments his dance skills so he tried to get more of compliments by being in dance team. i know you only criticized their attitude at that particular moment only but please think this is a competition. when others showing lack of confidence we goes “awww dont be like that” but when someone get their confident we goes “he’s too confident” remember, they’re trying to survive here. especially with Gon & Hun,they’re not that young anymore to trained for 2-3 years again and YG is their only last chance at “that moment” before they realised they cant debut with Treasure. GonHun sacrifices alot too. this is why i recommend other YGTB contents. this alone doesnt define their personality. this is where you see their competitive side. but on other contents you can see how much they treasure each other. GonHun is highly praised by other trainees and thats speak alot about their attitude. BUT,i agree with the statement for them debuting in CIX. GonHun image really suits cix image. they have more matured image than treasure. i was Team A + Jihoon stans. so i either vote for them or the treasure 7. so when GonHun news of leaving YG broke out i felt sad for what happening to both of them. but im also glad they leave YG and meet their cix friends and debuting them together. it just that i hope we’re more careful with our words. it might hurts some fixs who’s watching this.
