I’ve heard boys called Casey and even Tracy, which for me are very feminine names. Ashley is quite feminine too, but girls called this usually have a different spelling (Ashleigh) which differentiates it a bit.

It as if people are ok with their daughters having strong masculine names but feminine names (and the feminine connotations that come with it) are bad and unwanted on a boy. Here in America I had never met an Oliver. My family is French and their last name was Oliver so I named my son after my family and now since I picked that name it's become way more popular here. But his name has a special meaning so I'm ok with it! My little Oliver Reed ❤

I live in Canada (specifically in Quebec) and for some reason I have known a lot of Naomi’s throughout the years. It’s a cute name. Also someone mentioned Rowan for a girl, I love it but I would spell it Rowynn!
