Tbh it’s hard to be competitive with all these next gen gg groups. They had a break in their roots and went to other concepts but then returned to their roots. Ponzona was my favorite but the following tracks were decent but it didn’t feel like them. Hopefully they keep this concept and make their return.

XG girls hinted that an album is next! Might be a mini album or a full! Either way I am THRILLED to be getting multiple XG bops! Also, the girls said the theme was early 2000s R&B and Pop videos with a modern twist! They wanted you to feel the nostalgia and I definitely did!

The XG Left Right MV feels like it’s straight out of the early 00s with a bit of modern flair. The sets, the group dance with those matching outfits, etc all feel so true to the music videos that I grew up with in that era. Plus the song is so addicting (along with Shooting Star). I’m excited to see what XG does next because they absolutely killed it with this one.

The word RILAS is actually spelt backward for SALIR. SALIR means Exit/Go Out/Leave. And specifically for this Purki MV, it means to leave, especially a building (it's a hotel in the MV). So they've been warned, but I think because of the spelling is backwards, all members of Purki can't seem to figure out the meaning... The MV is a combination of few cult classic horror movies. The hallway with the 'twins' from The Shining, the scene in the bathroom where the curtains is ripped off is from the movie Psycho..

Kind of becoming obsessed with XG. They're that good. Purple Kiss Sweet Juice is probably my fav release from a girl group so far this year. Tripel S Rising was a solid song. I do prefer Genration though. I absolutely loved The Boyz Roar. On a side note, the songs you brought up when talking about Purple Kiss are legit some of my fav kpop songs of all time.
