i don't get the adoption assumption for both because Nile looks exactly like their dad and joanna looks exactly like their mom. like there could be no way they are both adopted

When I was new to their channels, for a little while I thought Joanna was adopted. I was watching an older video of Joanna and her Dad in a kitchen and he said something about her being adopted. They laughed but I couldn’t tell if her being adopted was a joke or they had a good relationship so they joke around about her adoption.

Answering those questions about how close you are these days and how happy (or not) this year has been, you were all so honest and it was very touching. The best friendships survive no matter what and although there's a difference between seeing a friend all the time to not seeing so often, the best friendships adapt and continue. I really felt for Nile and Stoney, who seem a bit disappointed with how this year has gone. You're both lovely blokes so l hope you can find a way through the times when maybe you're not in the best place mentally. ❤❤❤❤

I think it's weird and funny that people will assume siblings/families are not related if they don't look exactly alike. I know so many siblings that don't look like eachother, including my sister and I. We look nothing alike lol but share the same parents.
