Thanks again for your critique man! I totally see what you're saying about the kick. On top of using a less than ideal kick sample, I ran the kick and snare through two parallel comp channels. Which just makes the already transient heavy kick cut through that much more😂🤦‍♂️.

Of course! I think parallel comp is always important, it’s a great glue to form cohesiveness. Are you using logic?
