The song is not just about ramen... It's a metaphor about yearning for simpler times, finding comfort on simple daily joys such as comfort food.

IIRC she hit him during Dinosaur because when he made the song he promised her she wouldn't have to sing it live a lot since the high notes in the chorus are hard to hit but then she had to sing it for this LOL

If his sister sings well, he is a singer-songwriter with exceptional lyrics and composition. He has no formal music education and does not compose music while writing sheet music. He is mostly composed by playing guitar to make chord progression and add melody He sings songs. Every song in AKMU is born as his lyricist, composer, and producer. He wrote his own song in a Korean audition program when he was in his teens and received rave reviews from the judges.😊

These siblings are phenomenal because the brother can play guitar and rap as well as harmonize and sing and do not get me started on suhyun's vocals..you guys have to watch her on a show called SEA OF HOPE where she covered alot of songs and with SHINee's Teamin and BLACKPINK's Rose they sang Alicia Key's song, IF I AINT GOT YOU .

so a little background....as people have said, they're siblings (in fact, in korea they were given the official title of Nation's Siblings) and they went on this singer-songwriter competition show back in like 2012 called K-Pop Star and won it. The 3 judges were JYP obvi from JYPE, Yang Hyun Suk who started YG Entertainment, and Boa was there representing SM (so the big 3 at the time). The winner got their choice to sign with whichever company they liked. They were deemed both child geniuses (chanhyuk in music writing as he was never formally trained and writes all their songs and Suhyun obviously for her voice-she had this voice back in 2012 when she was 13 years old) and korea basically fell in love with them throughout the show (particularly this one song they composed called Cross Your Legs as well as their story as they were living in Mongolia at the time). Their contract is super unique with YG bc a) they were so beloved from the show and b) they're both so talented. YG basically leaves them alone......allegedly their contract has all these clauses like no plastic surgery, no weight requirements, no producing interference, etc. Suhyun's voice is obviously out of this world and imagine hearing that voice coming from a 13 year old I highly recommend this show on Netflix called Take 1 which is a set of documentaries of various korean groups/singers. They're one of the groups as well as Mamamoo btw....the song you said you thought you heard before is a sample of Pachelbel's Cannon.....it's usually played by a violin/viola/cello quartet and is probably played at like 95% of all weddings
