Ah, Antonella Ruggiero! La piccola stregha incantevole. Che voce da sogno. How lovely, the 1980s. I was 2 and 3 when we'd play this in our sky blue Fiat 127 with cream seats in the summer, on our way to the seaside. I cream trucks under the Mediterranean trees. Makes me terribly nostalgic. You may be young but for us in our 40s, this was our pop music.

This is s very emotional love song. Lyrics are poetical and the beat is sick. Antonella is one of the best Italian singer ever.

As you see in the Italian music world, in the world of Italian artists, you have a lot to discover !! Too bad that many of our artists are little known abroad. And several, to tell the truth, deserve to be famous abroad, just as many Italian artists of the past, like Antonella here, deserved, more than many other "International Stars" !

And this is with regard to various sectors, not only in the Italian music world. It is a bit of a "defect" of many Italians. 😉😀 PS: Many Italian things are appreciated and admired more by foreigners abroad than by some Italians themselves.

Some might say, what she does at 3.55 is a special effect of the studio version. In a live version at italian television RAI she does it LIVE! She is just unbelievable! I also recommend the live concert in munich from 1987. Instead drinking red bull i watch that concert to get good Energy.
