.Very strange orders. The case has not even been heard yet. A core rule guiding interlocutory orders is that such orders should not amount to granting the main reliefs sought in the case before the final case is heard. This is worse because it appears to be an exparte order where the other side (VDM) has not been heard. It cannot be a “PREVENTIVE” order because publication has already been made; it would be different if VDM threatened to publish & the Falana’s rushed to Court to prevent publication pending the hearing of the case….
