I'm surprised they used actual ice cream on Mikha's shot. I did food photography before and I used to wash and break cardboard into a pulp and mold it before painting over it to make it look like food. Sometime I use clay, shoe polish and acrylic.

The original idea was for Mikha to place the cherry on the halo-halo. But it was too hard. It was Mikha's idea to change it up so that she will instead pick the cherry off then eat it. Turned out to be better.
