Before she went to do errands, the time was 9:57 and then it was 11:50 when she was showing groceries. She went to the gym, groceries, and groomer in less than 2hrs…sure Jan 😑

She shows all the signs of depression 😢😢. Failure in marriage, failure in getting pregnant, failure in loosing weight and fast approaching my 600lbs life...... and is totally incapable of turning her life around and facing her 😈 😈 demons.... If she would sit down and made an honest video about all her fails and really getting help in every aspect of her miserable life, her chanel would actually have a chance to come back from "death". But it takes balls that Alex doesn't have.

Wax has memory, so if the top doesn’t pool all the way out to the edges the first time, it will tunnel like her candle is doing. She tries the foil method which usually works , but I don’t think it corrected her candle. Probably due to inferior wax and or wicks. Wicks are super important for proper burn. 😊

I usually add 2 tbs of almond flour(to make a dozen egg bites) to the eggs when mixing them up together. with seasonings (onion powder, black pepper, a pinch of cajun seasoning , I also add grated Carrots, and finely chopped broccoli, sometimes cooked mince chicken or turkey. It's a full high protein meal in a bite. Delicious.
