Great Videos!!!Mc was calculated twice going two different directions. Why? Also can you put up some more statically indeterminate examples. Thanks.

Why are you not including the x component of the force B in the moment calculation? You included an x component in one of your previous videos (Find the moment of a force about a point)?

It is because in this video, the line of action of the x component of force B passes through point A. A force will only cause a moment about a point if it’s line of action does not pass through the point. The other video, the x component of the force would not have passed through the point in question.
