I'm not gonna spoil it all but in short this is Papa Nihil and Sister Imperator. Tobias didn't have a remarkable history to create a hype around himself because he is basically just a normal married man with two kids and lives in an apartment in Stockholm. So to give the pr people something to build on he created this whole universe with the different Papa:s , Sister Imperator, Cardinal Copia and the ministry.

Not gonna lie, this was not what I expected. The song (other than lyrics) seemed like every other '70's rock song. Certainly not something I will listen to again, just didn't get the joke I guess. Keep rocking.
