Always enjoy your reactions. I am a Dimash Dear, but The Singer 2018 was great. My favorite Hua Hua songs are" I am what I am "and" Ordinary Path. " He also has a song from another show called" Dad I;m Home." This is a sad song (performance) and you need to watch the one with eng subtitles. Also Tengri's " Heaven" was really different.

Thank u so much for ur nice reaction about Hua Chenyu.I really like that! As u can see, the soft part of this song is Chinese Traditional Opera. Included the special but beautiful gestures(or fingers), is also belongs to chinese opera.(In Chinese Traditional Opera, finger movements express different emotions and characters. For actresses, this is called "orchid fingers".) 在中国戏曲中，手势表达着不同的情感和性格。旦角的这种手势就叫做“兰花指”。华晨宇在"双截棍"中戏曲部分的手势并非随意做出的，而是专门学习过的。他每一个手指的动作都有专业的名称("垂丝","承露","含苞"等)。详细可以搜索“梅兰芳五十三指法”。(抱歉以上内容有点专业于是我用了中文表达。)

Thx for picking hua! Hua is one of those rare gems that come along once in a long long time. His stage charisma is second to none. Extremely versatile, he can handle any music genre and has a solid wide vocal range to boot. To get an idea of his versatility, I will suggest ‘wukong’ on episode 4 of Singer 2018 (his own song that he composed for a chinese movie), ‘mountain and sea’ for some rock elements and ‘child’. And lastly, give ‘fake monk’ a shot. Fake monk is a masterpiece but is quite a heavy performance. Enjoy!

Hua Hua sings many different genres, plays a number of instruments, writes, composes and rearranges so most of his songs are very unique. If you decide to check out more of his songs you are in for one hell of a trip. He has many great songs from another show called Sounds of War including some amazing duets. Think of him as a performer rather than a singer and you will understand his performances better. Thanks for the great reaction.

Love your reaction! The fantastic Chinese TV show Singer has brought me some wonderful artists, like last year Dimash and this year Hua Chenyu. Both mixing and blending different styles in their music. Hua has very interesting polarities, like the song ”I don’t care” on one hand and ”Fake Monkl” on the other. Doing awesome performances of both in Singer 2018. Check them out😉And everything in between knocks me out🤪 He is doing two concerts in Beijing in september, sold out quickly, otherwise I’d take my savings and go there ( from Sweden). He is truly a genius! And he is very popular in China. Very difficult to get a ticket for his concerts. His next ones will be help in the national bird nest stadium, and 90000 tickets were sold out within 2 minutes.

Hua Chenyu is a musical genius. This song is about a weapon called Nunchucks (two sticks with a short length of chain or rope between) that you wield with Kung Fu type precision. Also, there is a video with English subtitles of this performance.

Fake monk and wukong is stunning but i cannot give you a favourite as all his stuff is amazing. Hua Chenyu participated in same singing competition as Dimash, except Dimash was 2017 and Hua Chenyu participated in 2018...Love Singer show it has great singers ,great orchestra great over all entertainment. There is another song from Hua Chenyu that I really like and that is song he compose called I don't care...you may want to check it out...

The best ones seem to come second on Singer. Dimash came second in 2017, Hua Hua came second this year and even going back to 2014 GEM came second. I haven't found a singer who won the show that I actually like more than the ones who came second. I love Shila Amzah and I think she came third.

I'm so glad you guys like Hua Hua. I am one of the people who recommended him because I thought you'd really enjoy him. He has so many great songs and they are all so unique. He was on another show called "The Next" where aspiring singers can challenge famous singers to a battle. The challenger also gets to choose the song the artist has to sing and they have 24 hours to make it their own and perform it on live TV. They always give Hua Hua crazy songs that no one should be able to beat them with but he is a genius. U can give the original song a try - is by a Taiwanese famous male singer called Jay Chou. Then u can compare the difference in them. Hua Hua re-composed the famous song to his style. Original song is already quite famous, hence the whole audience sang along at the iconic part 😁
