You don't need Expensive Molds and Long Time to low volume manufacturing or prototyping large & durable plastic parts. Reaction Injection Molding (RIM) maximum weight 35 KG (material density 1.2g/cm³) by one shot. Molding thick and various wall thicknesses brings more product design possibilities. The silicone rubber pieces of mold will be replaced by fresh ones after usually 100 shots to ensure a good and stable molding tolerance ± 0.2/100 mm, mold lifetime: 500-1000 shots.
