When I first heard this song, it was the video you watched and I knew the one singing is the one who was having tribute paid to. It gave it a whole dimension of new meaning - the man caring for others couldn't care for himself in the same way, or was taken from us. I envy your sensitivity, not because I lack it, but because it is difficult to express. Seeing your reaction helped me understand the same kindness I give others, I should give myself too.

Every time I hear this tears stream down as I sing along. Such a meaningful, heartfelt song made even more poignant by the fact that singer Chester Bennington sang this and later put his own light out. RIP Chester Bennington and Chris Cornell. Thank you for a thoughtful reaction.
