"That's probably really expensive, I'm buying it though." is one of the most relatable moods I've ever heard. I preordered that 3D All Stars collection with the quickness for launch day pick-up at Best Buy. Super super stoked for that! I've played pretty much every Mario game I could growing up. SMB3 is the one I call my favorite, because it's the first game I ever played on my NES and it's the game that got me into gaming. NSMBU is a close second. The 3D games though, Galaxy, Sunshine, and Odyssey are my favorites so getting a collection with two of them included is a big pog for me. And your reaction to seeing Sunshine was so great, the hype was contagious. Also, the AR Mario Kart is a super interesting concept. I'll be trying it out for sure. Also hoping to get a pre-order for the Game and Watch before scalpers snatch them all up. Something I think is really cool though is the incorporation to Animal Crossing, Smash, and Splatoon. I didn't expect that, but it's very fitting for this anniversary in particular. Mario *is* Nintendo, and it's like all of Nintendo is throwing him a birthday party! 3D World I probably wouldn't have re-bought since I have it on Wii U, but definitely need to play that Bowser expansion so i'll be picking it up. Overall, this Direct hit the spot. Everything they showed was super hype.

Believe it or not, i had very little time with Mario Sunshine as a kid. The biggest takeaway for me was seeing the way the shine sprites were. And when i played Smash Bros Brawl, it hit me in the face that the Delfino Plaza stage was what i always ran around in mario sunshine.

So one reason they could be doing limited release is to see just how much people would want something like this....which in turn tell me they could be using 3D All stars to test the water for a Zelda collection. Which also makes sense since the only things left on Wii U now are Wind Waker and Twilight Princess HD. Bringing them in a 3D Zelda collection would be amazing

I went into this not knowing what to expect. Overall, I loved it. I grew up with Mario at a very young age when my parents bought me Super Mario World. I've played pretty much every Mario game ever made with an exception of a few. I'm excited about the merchandise. My favorite part was the 3D World DLC Bowsers Fury

I’m hyped let’s go!!!!!! Super Mario 3D collection I’m happy for it!!! I went to Toys R Us and bought Super Mario 64 with Nintendo 64 when it came out in 1996 as a teenager! When I played Super Mario 64 I played for hours and got 30 stars the first day I played I was hooked and played non stop! Truly amazing times

I was always really into SMB2. Picking up those veggies from the ground and throwing them was really fun. Also characters with differences and new enemies were awesome. And I played it through unlike the first one, which was too hard.

15:23 it was Peach's 8-bit sprite for me...for some reason lol 16:47 they used to have a giant play place at the McD's near me...then they moved it like 50 metres west for some reason (like it's literally in the same place, they just demolished it and nudged it over a little). it used to be 3 floors but now it's 1 and the only thing it had besides a playground thing was a PS2 with one of the MX vs ATV games

As a big Super Mario Kart fan I think Double Dash has the most variety of courses in the franchise. Mario Kart 64 is nostalgia but it's too easy and that rainbow course spoils you.

I played a toooon of Super Mario World on my SNES and got introduced to Super Mario 64 on my old N64 as a Christmas present. Super Mario Sunshine was also a birthday present and I played it a lot. Never got to beat it because of Stage 7. I hated Stage 7. Never got to really play Galaxy, but I’m hoping to try it now since I don’t have to lug out my Wii U GamePad just to get to the Wii menu. I would think Skyward Sword, Twilight Princess, and Wind Waker would be their own three-pack on the account two had Wii/U ports and SS was only Wii so, that’d make sense. Would be cool if they had a duo pack for MM and OOT.

I really wish they could give us a small update for World Maker for SMM2. Let us make a few more levels for the worlds & add more levels that can be made.... They are going to do small updates I believe. Enjoyed the reaction. I’m excited for 3D World since I skipped the Wii U & it has about 110 levels so I’m so happy its coming to the Switch instead of me having to buy a used Wii U.😁 Interested in 64(got about halfway) & Galaxy(never played).

Super Mario galaxy and Metroid other M were definatly the best games on the switch wii graphically I totally agree. Imagine if Nintendo brings over Metroid other M on the switch in HD? It'll look fantastic.
