If we do get him, either Gabe Ervin or Ramir Johnson will transfer consequentially, which I’d have no problem with. Both have unfortunately had bad luck with injuries and it might be time for them to move on at this point in their careers. Edwards is a true 3rd down back and would perfectly complement the other guys in our RB room.

This would be such a good pick up. Especially with 2 guys who haven’t played in over a year. 3:09 yes we need him. We had 2 guys go down last year. We need the depth. And I can see the portal thing for an RB. But maybe not. Who knows.

Well it wouldn't be Emmet bc he's our top RB and not to mention they are built totally opposite of each other and would be a beautiful 1-2 punch at RB like Nebraska likes. He reminds me of Ameer Abdullah and Imani Cross.

Too small to play a full big ten schedule. Ameer was small but he was also built like a tank, Edwards would have to put on some muscle

To be fair, Ameer was pretty small when he got here. To his credit, he worked hard and rocked up. I doubt Edwards gets that big though.

Colorado didn't use running backs enough. Coach highlights his sons passing too much. This kid will compliment the running backs, and with our injury prone last few years, we can use him.

We have two veteran running backs that have a history of getting hurt every year they’ve been here with me as many running backs as possible but I don’t know if he’s the answer or not he may be damaged by Dion
