In Noida a 4 bhk of 2700 sq ft is costing around 3 crores +. Rent is around 60 to 1 lac per month. And Bangalore is more expensive. Nikuu homes as shown in the video must be around 2.cr + as the area of the flat is around 2000 sq ft.. Rent in these flats wud be from 45 k to 80 k for a bigger flat.

Bhai agar 25 lakh mea apartment Bangalore mea milta hai toh sab bangaloreans ke paas apna khudh ka ghar hota.. 25lakh mea yahn kuch nahi milta. Apartment cost starts above 1cr for 2bhk. Aur yahn rent bhi bohot high hai 2 bhk minimum 30k indian rupees per month aur maintaince alag se dena padta hai. Rent can reach upto lakhs per month depending upon the area and builders.
