156 isn't really one gang, it's a linkup between several sets. The name represents the three postcodes they are spread across: Southall UB1, Northolt UB5 and Greenford UB6. The Northolt members used to rep NGang but it seems like they dropped the label, at least in the music. RCG is specifically Race Course estate, one of the estates in Northolt (UB5).
