Here's a new band (for you) to try - Bridear and their brand new single "Still Burning". Album dropping soon. Bridear is an all female Japanese band (you know how that goes) that have been around for a while and have a number of great tunes. Another to try is Aldious (they've been around for a while, again all female Japanese band, what do they put in the water?) "Dominator" or "We Are" are good choices And Trident (all female 3 piece band from ...Japan. Seriously what do they put in the water?) "Spoopy" or "Cry Out" are good starting points

I used to like him but Party like a Rockstar's gotten to be too big for his britches. He thinks he's now some kind of metal and rock god who has the final word on what's great and what's not. I saw his video on Rolling Quartz and was pretty much put off by his reaction. I still watch his videos because he does have interesting guests most of the time.

@keithpederson9912 0 seconds ago Rolling Quartz has a HUGE following in the US and Europe. When they did their limited 8 city tour in the US, they sold out all of them. From interviews, they loved here, and want to come back as soon as they can. I found them about 6 months ago. Fell in love with all of the young women. So musically talented, and as seen in other comments, very warm hearted. They have not let their recognition get to their heads. Very humbled they are. Hyunjung half blue hair, stated, she was soooooo surprised there were sooooo many Daidem's, fans, in the US. Even their support staff said, they loved here in the US. Keep checking out Rolling Quartz.

K-Rock is indeed a thing. This is my favorite K-Rock band ... a WONDERFUL group of girls! This band produces some really unique music ... it is not J-Rock and because of all the culture deeply rooted in pop, they struggled for recognition and even validity in their home market. Most of the fan base is actually international ;) . K-Rock is expectedly more commercial sounding than most of the Japanese counterparts. Jayoung can definitely belt it out - she is a vocal coach in Korea as well - but all the girls are quite talented. Iree (red hair with the permanent grin) was originally listed as the lead guitarist but now it seems more like her and Hyunjung share that task. Arem on bass seems tough at first but she is actually goofy and lovable. Yeongeon the drummer seems to serve as the love interest ... for everyone :p ... she is the shyest and quietest of the group. Their latest song is Stand Up! and there is an MV and a performance video.

Very talented band. They definitely fill the rocker boxes. The quality of rock/metal from Asia is awesome. Huge Lovebites fan amd ;oe their non-metal appearance, but it's also cool to see a very talented band embrace their looks backed by attitude and old school rock vibes.

I hate to dump more stuff on you, but just after I first heard Rolling Quartz and was gorging myself in their music, I found yet ANOTHER female hard rock band from Korea named DIH and they were fire !!!!! And I'm not done yet...........while watching DIH perform "Enough", there was a suggestion for yet ANOTHER new female band, this time from Japan. They are very new, less than a month old and they are named NEK, and wouldn't you know it, they are fire also. Their first song "Get Over It" is pretty catchy and his a slightly different vibe to it. And lastly, when you have time, check out Rolling Quartz's spicy cover of the Italian group Maneskin's song "Zitti E Buono". Lead vocalist Jaeyoung actually learned enough Italian to sing the lyrics. I'll stop now, lololololol Great reaction !!!

DIH has officially broken up and ceased production on their album :( . The existing music is great and Sena is still doing covers. Jayoung of RQ also performs the BRATS song Kimarigoto in fluent Japanese.
@mikeat26376 ай бұрын
@@PANIC_aka_PinD I really had no idea they had broken up. Thanks for letting me know. Jayoung has such a distinctive voice in the lower registers and her stage presence is just off the charts. Having some fluency in other languages is a nice thing to have.

@@mikeat2637 Yeah, the announcement was on the book ... of faces for DIH :p . Just a couple of months ago RQ's Jayoung was on the Korean version of the Masked Singer ... you can find it here. EVERYONE knew it was her before she was unmasked. Her voice is so distinctive. The comments for those particular shows are mostly in English and quite funny. Jayoung doesn't really learn the language as she just learns the song. We discussed her foreign language songs when I interviewed them.

@@PANIC_aka_PinD That's pretty cool. I had no idea about that. There's a a lot of mistaken info out there. Thanks again.
