I don't think his throat really hurt in the slightest, there's a lot of metalcore bands that scream like that through majority of their songs for example August burns red, currents, I prevail, hollow front and etc there's certain things they do to make sure there throat doesn't burn out at all when screaming

As someone who listens to deathcore, a genre where the vocalists can make sounds that litteraly do not sound human and are completely fine, screams like the ones fabvl does are quite easy on the throat so long as their done with proper technique.
