Rep tour mash ups were absolutely insane quality. They became true mash ups rather than just a transitioned song and it sounds like it’s just a single song. I don’t think she writes to mash them intentionally, but her consistency with what key she uses in her music makes it easier. This was like 3/4 of the way through the concert. She did like 4 mashups on the setlist all through it

So to answer your questions (because I love answering questions I know) - The rep tour was in 2018 - The tour in 2011 was the Speak Now tour - The Eras Tour went on for almost 2 years: from March 2023 to December 2024 PS: I paused right before the transition so it seems you googled it, but of course I'm leaving this comment here anyway BECAUSE XD

The Eras Tour was so epic that Travis just threw her a huge Eras themed party in Kansas City. His teammates, her friends and family, and their mutuals were all there. He even wore the tux from his Eras debut. The photos have been circulating today and it looks like they had a blast!!

She has two crews. It takes a week to a week and a half to set up. One team goes to her next stadium while she is performing at one place. Taylor definitely spends money on her videos and tours. Just look at the size of the stages for her concerts. Music analyst have been amazed at the scope of her tours. They mentioned how if she had a normal size stage she could sell a lot more tickets but she wants to be closer to the audience and for more fans to be able to see her. She hires the best people because she is a perfectionist. She has worked with Martin Scorsese's cinematographer for her videos since "The Man" video. I am almost positive it is the cinematographer, if not it is for something on the videos since "The Man". The Eras Tour started in March 2023 until December 8, 2024. Of course there were times they took several weeks off. Her two lead guitars have been with her for 17 and 14 years. That is a long time since her first tour was when she was 16. Oh yeah, the tour was 152 shows but 3 were canceled due to a planned t-errorist attack inside the stadium and on the 20,000 fans who didn't get tickets but were going to taygate in Vienna. They ended up playing 149 shows.

18:19 you're thinking of the acoustic mashups on the Eras Tour. Those ARE towards the end of the show and are a surprise every night because they were surprise songs (by themselves) at the start of the tour that she then changed to surprise mashups. The Bad Blood x Should've Said No mashup however was a fixed (not a surprise) part of the rep tour's setlist a little after halfway through the show. PS: Also worth mentioning, all of her tours so far have had some sort of mashup, whether on the setlist or as a surprise acoustic song

Concert Lighting Tech here! For her tour and other stadium sized tours they have 2 full sets of the structural steel and some other pieces so they can "leap frog" gear, so while one city is having their concert, the next city's concert is already being built. I've done a handful of tours and a typical day starts 7am and ends 1am if you have to be in the next city the next day

One of my good friends went to the REP tour with her daughter. They were nose bleed seats, but they were there. Before the show started one of the workers there asked if they’d like to be upgraded to the floor…. So yeah they did. 2 spots weren’t used, so they chose them. She said Taylor floated right over her in that thing, and it was the best ever!

Her surprise song mashups, especially towards the end of the tour, were next level. NEXT LEVEL!!! Any of them would be amazing!! My surprise songs in Minneapolis were Dear John and Daylight, then in Indianapolis were mashups of Cornelia St/The Bolter on guitar and Death by a Thousand Cuts/The Great War. I think I scored, but there were a couple other nights that topped mine. The last night in piano was my fav! New Years Day/Long Live has always been my favorite mashup, and then she added one of my favorite songs from TTPD, The Manuscript, for a 3 song mashup. Perfection!

Most of her musicians have been with her for ages. Paul Sidoti has been with her for ages, I believe various parts of her band (who call themselves The Agency) have joined in Fearless and Red. About her band members playing in front of such huge crowds: I hope you get around to watching Long Live from the Eras Tour movie on Disney+ at some point point. She's surrounded by her band, some of them have been performing that song with her since it came out in 2010 and you can tell that song is, about leaving a legacy, is hitting them.

Rep tour was crazy! I enjoyed it way more than the Eras tour honestly. It was a huge stage and had all the bells and whistles with the fireworks and the three stages but it was a whole cohesive vibe. Just enough of her older stuff mixed in like this to make it interesing. It was a jam packed 2 hours of fun that didn’t leave you exhausted and overwhelmed. It was the last tour before her Lover album and the whole pandemic mess.

She’s got her original solo version and then there’s the remix with Kendrick Lamar which is the version that was most often played on the radio.
