You seriously need to react to Jan Egeland by Ylvis , seriously great song. They actually made it about him after someone commented that they felt they didn't pamper him enough when he was a guest on their show, so they took it all the way out. Jan Egeland is a human rights fighter and peace negotiator and has traveled all over for decades doing so. The first coolest part of it all is that the first time he heard it was at UN( or similar meeting with many of the world leaders) and they surprised him by playing the music video on huge screen and blasting the song. He loved it!

Yes, seriously need to React to Jan Egeland by Ylvis. Try have a lot of Great songs, but the production on this is Great and you get to hear Bårds voice to the max!

I am also from this city, but actually I would like to recommend a tv serie called "Reddet" ("Saved") on TV2. We follow rescueworkers via real recordings. If you must choose one, start with sesong 3 episode 1.

I have a suggestion for a very classic Norwegian dark comedy video that literally every Norwegian saw as children! It's simply called "Rødmaling", which translates to red paint. It is hilarious, and definitely worth a watch!

Bergen a "young" city??? It is nearly 1000y old. It was stablished by king Olav Kyrre as a city in 1070 but existed even before.

I'm from Bergen and the national history museum is definitely worth a visit, as are the many shops, bars and sights down along the Bryggen harbor and the seven mountains are worth trying as well, especially Ulriken, with a stunning view of both the city center to the north and looking right down at Bergensdalen (the Bergen valley, consisting of the Årstad borough, which is the borough I live in). Hope you get to visit my hometown someday! :)
