9:25 - I give it a 9...because he had a problem with the thining hairline and I believe that the barber solved it well without any added enhancements. Some clients don't want enhancements even with their natural hair flaws; so the barber may not have added the enhancements to make the hairline look fuller, neater, cleaner, and "complete" because maybe the client didn't want him to but the line up was on point but just appeared to be incomplete because the barber didn't add enhancements that we've all grown so used to seeing to complete a haircut (I'm speaking from experience because I have similar problem with my hairline and I always refuse enhancements so my front area looks similar to his when my cut is complete but the line up be good) And I don't think the barber took too much off in the front either; he just has a big forhead with no hairline, lol.
