Yep! She told the producer to clear everyone out and only allowed two people on set for that scene! I found this in an MTV article: One of the clip's most arresting images features the singer naked except for strategically placed diamonds. Though Kahn said people often think Brit is wearing a nude hose over her body, he promised that she went full commando for the shot. "That's just her naked with diamonds on," he promised. "I'm not sure what I was thinking about when she told me about that scene, maybe those intros to James Bond movies, but every video needs an iconic image to remember, and that's it."

At the time this video came out (2004) we didnt have Black Widow in the MCU movies, so I think the red hair look might've been more compared to Jennifer Garner's outfit from the Pilot episode of ALIAS in 2001, which was pretty iconic. Also thats Model Tyson Beckford on the motorbike. ;) Britney has some really good videography.

This entire video concept was Britney’s idea, not bad for a 22yr old. The Jewell’s were put on her hence the director said he wasn’t even sure if MTV would air it due to it. Ya gotta love Britney man.
