I thiiiink the background of this song was about a particular friend of hers that was doing everything in the song, billie probably wrote a cool thing about a silver dollar, and this gilr wrote a similar thing about a golden flame, etc. I think it's important to remember that Billie is awesome, and this song was written by a 15 year old, or younger. Brilliant but childish in theme.
