The goat is the mascot of the Cologne team. It's an actual living goat and now it is the reign of Hennes IX., or Hennes the 9th. During the foot and mouth desease that affected European lifestock some years back, they even put his predecessor under quarantine and put a TV in the stable.

Fans of Feyenoord, Rotterdam, are just like the Frankfurt fans, they make the whole stadium shake on its foundations. It's the oldest stadium in the NL, miraculously still standing.

You can already tell the difference by comparing how most of the situations were filmed: USA - camera inmidst of the "chanting crowd". Europe - almost always filmed - safely - from afar... (In most cases in Europe it won't be possible to get good footage while standing among the Ultras. First of all, it's just too much movement and noise. Second, ultras don't really like being filmed in a way that they can be personally identified...)

Our own home support is electrifying with megasize flags, big tifo displays and flares. We sing for 2 hours straight minus 15 minutes at half time break.

Here in Germany there is so much violence between soccer fans that huge police forces are needed to keep everthing half way under control. They even rerout trains and close streets to keeps the fans from different teams seperated. This is of corse all payed for by taxes, the teams dont even pay for their own stadiums. All the money from overpriced tickets and merch goes to the teams and the soccer associations, which are the corruptest companies in the world. I dont like soccer because its so unsportsmanlike. If you get away with a foul, preferably injuring the opponant in the process, you will be the hero of the day. Meanwhile the fans are shouting "kill the refery!".

One thing has to be said. Those videos never show the tailgating and the culture that exists in the US before the games. It's just culturally very different. I like the idea that fans of both teams can hang out together before the games and animosities being mostly banter. If i imagine tailgating in Europe - Germany for example... That's not happening. Would instantly prohibited after it escalates the first time they try.

I think you are misleaded by your previous video. not everyone who has been seen here is considered as an -"ultra" in Germany - some are just ethusiastic or eihoric for their clubs- the "ultras" are usually the hrdcore fans of the hardcore fans, which "say" the stadium is my chhurch, the club my religion the current striker of the team the prophet ... orso these type of thinking is labled aas ultra within Germany, or within German fanships

Having lived in Europe and the USA about an equal amount of time, I would say the main difference is: In Muricah there always has to be time for eating Hotdogs and even Nacho Cheese Tacos at matches, and they favour Sports that allow for a ton of Commercial Breaks. Boring AF, but hey, at least up in Seattle, for example, they are pretty enthusiastic about Football (Soccer, not the eggball thingen).
