His beloved brother and wife have died within 2 or a few days each after the other, so kt was a tough time for him. Since its release, the song has been accompanied by the narrative of coping with grief. The reason for the grief was Grönemeyer's loss of his wife Anna Henkel and his brother Wilhelm Grönemeyer within a few days. Very tragic indeed. As a human being, you have to get over the painful loss of your wife and brother, which is not easy. Life really isn't fair often.

Basically, it's a disgrace to "react" to such an emotional video. This song is a reminder of what was dear to him and nobody has the right to generate clicks with it. There are so many reaction videos to this song and most of them come from English-speaking countries, but there will never be a proper translation to convey what is being sung here.
