in difference tor most other European countries the Central-Western and Northern Europeans produced already since a long time also songs in English (along with native ones). This means if a song is in English thats not automatically means its from a native English speaking country. But there is also a pattern: the best non-native English speaking countries are also with a few exceptions the same Western-Central and Northern European countries.
