I don't know but I feel like for guys low notes should be easier. Hahahaha. At least I find it easier than high notes. There are female singers though who have very good lows - mostly mezzo-sopranos like Beyonce, Jojo, Sara Bareilles but also sopranos like Tori Kelly, Mariah Carey, and Natalie Weiss. Even Ariana who has a high-set voice can have a decent lower register.

Dan, you can't say that her whistle improved if to begin with it's already part of her voice. You have to understand that different songs have different notes as well, thus execution will be different. You don't improve your voice in just a week. She already has it to begin with.
