Thanasis Vasilopoulos is the a Clarinet player. In Greece we call it Clarino. It is actually a Clarinet of the Böhm (or French) type. It came to be incorporated in Greek Traditional Music ca 1800 AD. The Clarinet used in Symphonic Orchestras today is the Ohler (or German) type. The (probably older) Böhm type Clarinet (Clarino for Greeks) allows the player to play these little intricate notes which are so often in Greek Music. Especially in the Traditional one.

So both Nikos Portokaloglou and Rena Morfi (the hosts) are great singers. And the band is always the same It's Music Box's band. And the show has two parts. The 1st one is in the couch and they talk about their music, their influences etc and the 2nd part is the Jukebox in which they are standing and sing songs that they love, either their own or from other artists. Music Box was an incredible and so interesting show but unfortunately just ended 😢😢
