I'm very sad. I'm a 14 year old from Greece and she's been my idol and favourite singer for 5 years at least and i listen to her since i was a toddler. I wish her the best because she has a very hard time at the moment. I hope she recovers and returns on stage and deal with the blood stroke she had yesterday evening. It is not traditional music. The composer was Mímis Pléssas who created masterpieces. And the Lyricist was Leftéris Papadópoulos who could even be cosidered a poet.

It wasn't a musical. But the director of the movie, Giannis Dalianídis, was notorious for using dancing mainly but also songs in his work. For ages if a female singer "had it" she would sing this song to show off! But none has ever came close to Marinella.

Marinella didn't have a role (acting part) in the movie. It was just that. She was the singer. And the song was about the feelings (and the sentiments) of the roles the actors were playing.

I don't think these two have anything to do with music. They were only commenting on what each other was doing in the video and not at all on Marinella's performance as if they were watching a silent movie! Αυτοί οι δυο δεν νομίζω να έχουν κάποια σχέση με τη μουσική. First of all, pls when you listen a song try to find the lyric in english so you can have an idea of what the song tells. Second it isnt a "chicken" dance, it is zeimpekiko and zeimpekiko is a traditional dance in Greece. So try to learn a few things first.

And I repeat, there is no other female Greek singer that even comes close to her vocally. There are others who were huge in interpreting their songs and with more mellow voices.
