The whole pageant was cooked. 7/10 were latinas. If mu is hosted in any latam country then only latinas can win. Same in 2020. 4/5 top 5 s were latinas. They purposely eliminated all good speakers like Philippines, south africa, india so as to make thailand win. But in the end thailand s final fake answer couldn’t help her cause. And nicaragua was the only one average amongst all mediocres. This years top 5 were the weakest ever. Absolutely stupid answers during q&a. Not even one impressive answer

It was RIGGED. LITERALLY. Miss Philippines got the 5th spot in the Top 5 instead of one of them, and they didn’t change the results because they didn’t want another Steve Harvey moment. They posted a picture of the top 5 on their social media page with Miss PHILIPPINES but immediately took it down. Miss Philippines won the fan vote, Voice for Change and Spirit of Carnival awards (that’s THREE important awards) and YET she didn’t make it to top 5?? INSANITY. By the way, Australia tripped on her gown. And they tossed Chile, South Africa and Brazil aside…USA…Puerto Rico??? All the people who can answer the HARD questions. And the freakin final questions…WHAT WERE THOSE BABY QUESTIONS? what happened to the the political/societal issue questions? Instead we got the “what would you do if you won a million dollars?” Type of questions. And Thailand’s answer couldn’t have sounded more robotic and scripted! It was infuriating how low she was on people’s lists because how consistently poor she was performing and somehow she catapulted her way to the top. Did you see how safe everyone’s answers were? They were like two sentence answers. So vague! I’m not gonna take the win away from Nicaragua, the stars aligned for her this year, but if Philippines was there, it would have been a different story and the organization knows this. I’d rather Nicaragua than Thailand, she actually looks more genuine and sincere about title and the role. For an organization that wants to change course and move forward in a different direction, looking fir a TRANSFORMATIONAL WOMAN-this was stepping backwards! This is like Trump days. Honestly, I don't understand what are the real requirements that the Miss Universe organization seeks to elect the composition of the top. I loved Brazil. She was absolutely one of my favourites. I mean they put Nepal in, and I have nothing against plus-sized women, but I saw her interviews, and although I liked her advocacy, her communication skills were average. She wasn’t saying anything that hasn’t been put out there already about plus sized women. And the trans woman and the mom. I agree about Colombia placing, but there was definitely just a need to highlight these women in the top 20 to get their stories on our screens, but in doing that we sacrificed women like Brazil who had looked like they had more to offer.

As an American I am nervous about Mexico 2024 as Miss USA has been booed every time Miss Universe (1993 and 2007) was held in Mexico. Both women were African American as a black man I didn't appreciate that. Plus Latinas will be favored again but had a feeling Nicaragua would win. I am happy will the diverse representation in the top 20 but wish that lasted into top 5. My predicted top 5 was Spain, Nicaragua, South Africa, Puerto Rico and the Philippines. I think they had to exclude certain ladies to help Nicaragua win.

This was the most rigged MU I've ever seen. I like MU before because the best always wins except for Miss Mexico in 2020. Miss Nicaragua is good with SS and EG but having limited English will not help her in her US media tour and she looks older than her age. Nicaragua's answer is wrong. The answer in the final 3 rounds: Mary was born in 1759, but in Nicaragua the answer is 1750. Is this the wrong information given by the judges? Amazing. I think the person who deserves the crown the most is Antonia because she answered without thinking time to answer intelligently. Unlike in Nicaragua, an interpreter is used so there is time to think of an answer. Thailand is my universe. She's not just beautiful or smart. But she is a very kind person.👑🇹🇭💕

Most Latin youtuber put Nicaragua as the winner. Others were concerned aboout Sheynis English. She was smart answering in Spanish with a speaking spanish audience. Puerto Rico blew it off. Also the interpreter did not a good job. Sheynis was asked: What qualities and values guide you as a leader and role model for others? She said to be humble and be thankful of the little things. That it is the most valuable and the essese of humankind . That was not bizzare at all in my opinion. She was the true winner from the start.
