I think Ms. Miyuki Nakajima is one of the top geniuses in Japan. She has a unique personality and music, and her personality is unwavering. The messages and feelings she puts in the music she makes always resonate powerfully with the listener. She marvels that this style has remained unchanged for over 45 years. She rarely appears in media such as television. She has created songs that sarcastic about the distortions and sorrows of society. I think that the message of those songs may change even the actual social life. (This is my personal impression ...) I love Ms. Miyuki Nakajima and her songs.

Precious response. Ever since I saw "時代/Jidai -Time goes around-" on TV one day in 1975, Miyuki-sama has been my goddess. I was surprised to find your name "Max & Sujy React" in the comment section of her MV. Hopefully one day you will be able to attend one of her concerts.

If you knew the meaning of the lyrics of "Jidai", I think you would be pleasantly shocked as we Japanese were 45 years ago. I think you will be shocked to hear that the truth and universality of human emotions in that song are sung with a beautiful melody.

歌で伝えるという意味では此れ以上の方は日本ではいないと感じる。出す曲の中で幾つか持っている方はいるが、此れ程多くの楽曲を揃えている方は非常に稀なのではないかと思います。多くの人の琴線を震わせる音楽の伝導師的な方ではないかと個人的には思います。日本のバブル期では注目され難かったものが、其の終焉とその後の停滞期とされる時代に改めて見直されて来た価値観とでもいうものを、其の楽曲に触れ其の中で自らの琴線に触れられる事で、何かしらの感慨を覚え理想と現実を擦り合わせた何かしらのインスピレーションにも似た答えとも言える出口や道程を探り当てる為の露払い的な質を持つ楽曲が多い方だと思います。

「時代」は彼女の2ndシングルで約45年前の曲。おそらくは彼女を最初に有名にした曲で、多くの人がカバーしています。 彼女の場合、権利的に厳しいのか曲単体ではアップされているものがほとんどありません。アルバム単位なら、正当なものでもなく映像もありませんが、「時代」という曲をフルで聞くことは可能だと思います。
