Really like the song and the girls looked amazing in this mv. To answer your question considering Tower of God is using the opening and closing song by NiziU I'd assume it was an official collaboration, but I don't know for sure. I really hope they make a mv for Believe because it sounds great from what I heard from the ending song from Tower of God.

I just heard the ending theme that they also did for The Tower of God season 2 anime. That song is really good too.
