Noah Lyles with A quick block start like this 9.7-9.65
@hurdlegod493311 ай бұрын
@@aodoemelalike crayvon said Noah still could use improvements , his best race would result in 6.39-6.41 no doubt . With his superior top end I wouldn’t count him out going 9.68-9.72 Olympics this year
@thelastlegionare89611 ай бұрын
9.78 definitely possible 9.6 would have to be a basically perfect race start wind track etc but I can see 9.7 high to 9.75 this year

Yo bro, I think you need to post weekly this year, build up your content, get some guests on your show/podcast, build up your brand, etc. This is a big year in track and field and I think with your clout, fame, influence, experience, accolades, accomplishments etc, you can build this up real fast.

I just turned 33 bruh and I want to get back athletic. Can I get my hips and legs back in running shape by just starting out doing warm up drills, stretches, and A, B, and C skips?
