I love rythmind but Brez shouldve won, Rythmind had the advantage of having a mk2 which has a sequencer and make voice layering a lot easier and he can play more with the sounds like he did in his 2nd round with the bass but even then he used recycled drops on both rounds from 2019 that obviously sound a bit different due to them being on the mk2 but still, brez ticked all the boxes, his rounds were more enjoyable, his stage presence was better, his battle attitude was better and overall better technical ability on the loop and what he did is just crazy to pull it off on a mk1

I enjoyed Brez so much more. He kept the rythm going. Crowd was vibing with the beat. Rapping is just a plus. Rythmind had some good ideas but somehow the flow got lost. It got to technical and people just reacted to a bass or a familiar soundtrack instead of his capabilities. Both are great and I enjoyed both performances but Brez is my winner.

What Brez was talking about is that with his loopstation he cannot do what Rythmind does with his, so, he is in kinda disadvantage, because Rythmind has a better and evolved machine, so, overall, Brez loopstation is pretty limited comparing with Rythminds. Still, i think he could take this battle, he is a beast. Both are. Great Reaction btw haha

Brez just made clear the fact that it was a MKI vs MKII battle because while he takes way more time to build an arpeggio sequence on MKI and with clear tune, Rythmind can just click a button and say "oh" on the mic and it's all perfectly done and autotuned. That gives more complexity points to brez, since he's done more and with the quality he brought up

This was a close one both did amazing, one of the best loop battles definitely! Looping evolved so much that is almost impossible to chose the winner, for me I couldn't choose, I liked both of their rounds equally but sadly there has to be a winner and the votes were 3-2 so even the judges were pretty split. Also Rythmind didn't do the same headshot track in the 1st round he just started saying headshot bcs its a meme at this point and crowd always yells it when he performs! Next one is Sxin vs Frosty that one was also a sick battle you should check it out!

Rythmind only said headshot because the crowd kept saying it throughout the battle. BreZ's first song is a remix of a remix, he talks about it on his channel. But I agree, Brez should have won, his rounds were much stronger. I love rythmind doe

Eu acho que Rythmind mereceu sim a vitória. Na minha opinião, o primeiro round do Brez foi melhor mesmo, mas o do rythmind não foi um round repetido, foi um headshot completamente novo, que eu acho até muito inferior ao de 2019, mas não dá pra negar a originalidade e que foi próximo do mk1 do brez. Quanto ao segundo round, a superioridade do rythmind foi massiva, usar thunderstruk não foi falta de originalidade, mas justamente o oposto, ninguém (que eu me lembre) havia usado tão bem um sample tão conhecido assim. Foi cativante, fez o público ir à loucura, construiu uma expectativa absurda para o drop, que não foi tão impactante assim... A parte final do "surprise motherfucker" foi também genial, uma mudança de paradigma de tudo que estava acontecendo na música. Quanto ao segundo round do brez, além de ter sido mais do mesmo, um rap meio monótono, provocações, gritos, ele demorou muito a engrenar, foi muito lento ao gravar as partes da música, tanto que faltou tempo, só no fim o round começa a tomar corpo. Além das escolhas rítmicas bem básicas, beat fraco, etc. Por isso acho que a vitória do rythmind foi muito justa.

To make it clear, "headshot" wasn't the round that we know from 2019 final. He obviously wasn't going to use the same round so he did mentioned it in different round. Also yes, his second round is not original track but at the final drop he completely out of the cover and that makes it originial. They both did it well. I guess what's missing in Brez's rounds is drop. He cuts the drumkit, raps and suddenly brings it back and that does not make beat drop. But he performed it perfect. I think Rhytmind won. But decision could go both ways and I wouldn't disagree both decision. Huge respect to both. What a battle!

And about the thing that Brez said in his round. Yes. This is 100% not fair. But they asked this on a survey to community and people said yes he can use it. Brez should mention this on stage it was the right thing. But rhytminds answer was brutal so it kinda neutralised it.

You’re not so wrong though a lot of people think BreZ should’ve won including myself. Rythmind was really good but had some mistakes and some parts that took a bit long while BreZ was pretty much nearly flaweless the whole time. Also he had more hype and variety imo, so yeah it sucks that we won’t see more of him but luckely he uploaded his other four rounds on his channel.

It actually makes a huge difference with loopstation. The mk2 has literally 100 more functions it’s faster and it’s stronger. The sounds produced by rythminds machine were louder, clearer and require less live mixing. Brez had to work twice as hard and didn’t actually have the functions to auto sequence like rythmind. He was at a disadvantage. Huge disadvantage Like rythmind has a button that auto scales like thunderstruck he made one note and the machine made the sequence. Brezs machine doesn’t have that function he has to later and pitch each note himself

Sorry lass but the station 1000% matters. Way more built in options, quicker alterations, layering becomes easier an all of this means spending less time building the song and more time giving the crowd and the judges a lasting experience of your final product. The machine is the reason the judges voted Inkie out in 2019.
