They probably did put him the wings because of icarus, besides the fact he’s the member known as the angel of seventeen so it fitted perfectly. It was the perfect chance to represent his nickname and the story of Icarus

Sun is representation of something great and influential. Its in the center, and has an effect on everything. So in this album , they wanted to face the sun despite of the pains they are gonna encounter and be the sun. So its about really their ambition and passion to go all in to be the best. The coin has a message engraved to it. Its like they just leave everything to their fate but nevertheless they'll going all out whatever life throws at them.
