I most certainly can hear from the dialect where the speaker is from.

I heard that Jamaican Patwa is similar to Finnish when comes to describing items nor a place. Take example of the finnish village "Luumäki". Translated to English means in literally into "Bonehill". Because "Luu" is bone and Mäki is "Hill".

Like he implied, I think that in the beginning the difficulty comes form the fact that Finnish is quite different from most other languages, so you need to learn to think in a different way. The second big thing is probably the 15 grammatical cases. You have to learn which case is used when and how to conjugate each word in that situation. The grammar and the rules are logical, but there is a lot to learn. But don't be scared to speak, people usually understand you even if the grammar is incorrect.

True. Native speakers can understand very broken language with lots of mistakes. And that's the case with any language, not just Finnish.

these videos often make it seem like finnish is special because of no grammatical gender but most languages actually don't, east asian languages(chinese korean japanese etc), turkic languages (turkish, azerbaidzani etc) and even many native american languages dont have grammatical gender. English also technically doesn't as they only gendered the pronouns
