*Dust to Dust* *Dust to Dust* is the prologue song on DPA/TW's _"Queen of the Murder Scene"_ concept album (aka QOTMS)... it is inviting you in to hear the deep, dark, and foreboding story of a young woman apparently in love with someone that doesn't even know she exists... it is a story about how well things can appear to be going and how fast it can all fall apart... it follows her battles between good and evil over her soul... the Spanish speaking part is their manager, Rudy, playing the part of a preacher at the funeral... translated to English, this is what he says... Brother! Salvation is something that is earned! Let go of your hand of resentment and Wake up to a new light within you Although your brothers try Plunge into the darkness DPA/TW's _"Queen of the Murder Scene"_ is one of those concept albums best experienced by listening to it from beginning to end in order... listening to each of the songs piecemeal and out of order is like trying to figure out a movie by catching a portion near the end, one from near the beginning, and one near the middle... yeah, it won't work out very well... their performance of it at Lunario was the first time the album was presented in full to the public... it had been released over time in chapters of three songs each and the last three songs were presented here to complete the album... i like Lunario because it was the first public performance, the animations on the big screen behind Pau, and the girls were in character... others prefer their presentation of QOTMS at another venue for various reasons... as a concept album, many of us members of TWA can easily see QOTMS as a movie or Broadway stage performance... it is that good and to think it was written by them at a very young age and released as their 2nd album! i mean... whoa! who does that?? 😹 TWA ⚡🤘😸🤘⚡ TWA

The album that this song starts is a total mind-warp. *Dust to Dust* is a funeral, and the prologue of a rock novel! 12 songs follow, telling the story of the *Queen of the Murder Scene.* The "queen" is a young girl who wants to love someone who barely knows she exists. It's a dark tale of obsession, murder, descent into madness, and ultimately, tragedy. The Warning wrote this album in 2017-2018, with some of the songs dating back a year or two before that. You owe it to yourselves to hear the whole thing, and the best way is to hear the debut concert, Live at Lunario, November, 2018. That video is on their channel. The Warning played four songs from their first album, used mostly as chapter separators and an encore, with QOTMS sandwiched in between. The concert is dark, raw, emotional, and a little rough (they were 18, 16, and 13 at the time). But the video graphics played on the screen behind Pau are great, and the story is moving. Dany gets into character as the Queen's evil side, while Pau plays the Queen's good side. The album and the concert contain a virtual sampler of every genre from folk, to K-pop, to rock, to hard rock, to metal, to demented cheerleader punk, to anthemic stadium rock reminiscent of Pink Floyd. It's an emotional roller coaster. I'm 68, and grew up with Beatles, Stones, Dylan, Who, Yes, Pink Floyd, and plenty of concept albums. This one stands up right along with Tommy, Quadrophenia, and The Wall, as one of my favorites. These ladies rock.

Pause as much as you need to when you want to say something. Most of us don't mind it and appreciate your comments. The only minor suggestion would be to hit the "back arrow" (left arrow) to go back 10 seconds before you resume. That way you don't miss anything important. 🙂

They do use some backing tracks, but only when necessary and to compliment the music as opposed to 'play' the music for them. If you look next to Pau on any live performance, you'll see a laptop (running Ableton Live) that she uses to trigger tracks/samples using a foot pedal. Jus for info! I went to see them live at the end of April in Birmingham UK, and would very highly recommend you do if you get the opportunity. 🤘

First time watching your channel, and I enjoyed your comments. This song is the Prolog to Queen of the Murder Scene. This was their 2nd album. Queen of the Murder Scene is a concept album which tells the story of a disturbed young woman's inner journey from desire to obsession to murder and madness. The songs are told from the point of view of either the young lady's inner psychopath or her good side, which has a conscience - until it does not.🤘🤘 The entire concert is worth reaching to.

I've been to 2 shows of them until now and both of them were great ecperiences, I will definitely advise you to go check them out live if they are going to play somewhere near you.

You should do a double reaction of Enter Sandman - First, the one that launched them when Ale was just 9, Pau 12 and Dany 14. Then the one they did with Alessia Cara for Metallica's Blacklist album (which Metallica loved so much that they made it the first song on the album). Fun reaction. One small constructive criticism though, is there were some weird pauses, especially the last one mid Dany's belting, so for future reactions, I would recommend trying to pause in between sections and if you miss it, to take the video back several seconds before resuming.

They are great, right?! That is why I have said (and someone else has copied my expression word for word) that… TW has various styles of rock but they are invariably pure rock!! Because with its structure, its breaks, transitions, rhythm changes, modulations, choruses, pre-choruses, drum attacks, its endings… The great beauty of their art is in its simplicity but all this always seems to be at the right time and in the right way, bordering on perfection and predominating sophistication. Each of its pieces can be very different, but always with all the TW flavor. It’s very clear that these sisters have no limits. They have that gift that only belongs to the geniuses that appear among us every certain long period of time. They are the queens of the hook, the riff, the contagious rhythms, the catchy melodies, the sublime vocals, the unbeatable harmonies and the ambiguous but deep and powerful messages. Both The Warning and Angelina Jordan began their on-stage careers very young. Ale was just 9 when The Warning went viral. Angelina Jordan won Norway's Got Talent at age 8. Both The Warning and Angelina are celebrating 10 years performing. @@gregoryvlchek269 in your opinion, but people are all different. Some people need to pause things to digest and come to terms with their feelings at the moment. Especially hearing a song for the very first time. Plus my whole point was that she's young. We shouldn't be over bearing on the young if they make mistakes. If pausing it is to even be considered a mistake.

If you really want this band to gain more fans and keep rising you should be gentle to newcomers. She's young. Imagine if she stopped being interested in them because their fans said mean things to her and repulsed her. Your comment might have had some wit to it, but people interpret things diff especially when they are as young as her.
