Loved your review. Janet Jackson also is the ONLY artist in history to receive Grammy nominations in 5 music genre's after being nominated for the Best Female Rock vocal performance for her song "Black Cat" which she wrote the lyrics and guitar riffs. Her Rhythm Nation Album was inducted into The National Recording Registry at the Library of Congress because of its socially conscious content, and the list of accomplishments goes on . This year 2023 she is celebrating 50 years in the entertainment industry since performing at the age of 7 with her family in Las Vegas. And is selling out arena's currently during her Together Again Tour. She is AMAZING.

I appreciate that!! Honestly, we're living in a time where opinions are mistaken for facts. I suggest we all make efforts to validate the information we consume. I think MJ said it best: "Just because you read it a magazine or see it on a TV screen, don't make it actual, factual...". [Tabloid Junkie]

I think it was actually 2001 this performance was done because the song is from Nutty Professor 2: The Klumps and I saw her on tour in 2001 and she performed it pretty much the same as here.

It certainly made a splash on week one. In fact, according to Rhythm & Radio, DRM was the most added at pop, rhythmic, and urban during the week of 6/23/00. As I recall, the song definitely took radio by storm.

Really great reaction of a really great performance and I do agree with you on your perspective there. I want to know if you have any more Mystro Clark and Shemar Moore Soul Train episodes in your collection. if you do, do you have any performances and interviews from the following artists from the following episodes: Tracie Spencer and Marc Nelson (episode #927- Sept. 25 1999) Gerald Levert (episode #948- Mar. 18 2000) Kandi Burruss(eisode #965 - Nov. 4 2000) Let me know whenever if you have any of those performances and interviews from those artists and episodes. Take care, keep it up, and may God bless you!
