This song hits a sweet spot in my heart I mean I never knew my grandpa my dads dad he died when my dad was 15 but I’ve seen pictures and saw his shadow when I was a kid but I did have a God mom my God mom passed in 2019 from cancer and my cousin who was like a sister passed last year from a heart condition they were like twins always together it was me, my cousin, my God mom, and their best friend since elementary school and all I have left is there bestie turned my bestie we used to say we were like the golden girls clique or Steele magnolias ladies I’m the baby there 18yrs older then me but I loved them so much my cousins best friend and I are super close especially going through it together we are like twins now as much as I miss them I also know there not in pain anymore and are together happy watching over us and I know they’d rather us celebrate there life not be sad about it
