The band is currently on hold as Yuko, the singer was hospitalized recently. She is pregnant (I think her husband is the Koto ((harp)) player) She is with child, so all are concerned. Wagakki fans all over the world are sending hopes prayers and healing energy for mother and child. Please take a moment to wish them well.

No, WGB is not on hold, they're still doing their concert since every members in the band can do singing except the koto, Shakuhachi and Drum kit player. So they are taking turn to sing the songs in the Concerts & they're hit 😁😄

Please let me know if you have any links I should see.Also is there more info on Yuko and baby? I know Japanese are VERY private about these things. Western fans I know are very worried for them. @@CHRISCONTEPSS Yuko is still in hospital, but doing better. The band will soon finish their tour, half of which was done without Yuko. If you follow them in social media, that's the best way to keep track of everything. They are constantly busy and posting.

Also you might not know but Beni pioneered the first Electric Shamisen with KOGEI NEXT & the link above take you to her instrumental video released by the Universal Studio Japan. This link is the video which shows the Shamisen designed by Beni & it's specifications (turn on ENG Auto Translate). Her Shamisen is plated with gold & bear delicately studded, expensive Gemstones. 😄

They also wrote a song together, "Sakura Risig". It is a live recording from Tokio singing tour November 2020. Unfortunately, Amy Lee is only on the big screen, not physically present. Amy Lee also features at the end of the next song "Senbonzakura" Yuko Suzuhana, the vocalist of wagakki band was sent to hospital during the last tour. The concert did not end if I have understood it correctly, and Beni the Shamisen the player, took over the vocalist role for four songs and the concert was carried out. Beni does not sing any songs for Wagakki Band, although you can see her singing along on most of the songs. She also has training in Japanese folk singing.
