The Video is actually made from clips from a movie they made in the late 80's, called "It Couldn't Happen Here". They tried to make the film their "Hard Day's Night" but it was much more surreal.

Very interesting journey PSB took. Neil Tennant as a journalist in a British music magazine meets Chris Lowe in a record shop. Neil has to interview a celebrity in New York City and decides to meet up with Bobby O, a record producer of the time who worked on disco/hi-NRG artists. I remember the earliest releases from PSB with Bobby O and thinking "this is an interesting juxtaposition". Well over time PSB left Bobby O and worked with Tom Watkins who added a more polished and cinematic edge into their previous work with Bobby O. This is how we got to "Always On My Mind" with it sweeping dramatic production values. One of my favourite PSB tracks.
