Finaly Tony Martin❤ Please more more reactions from Tony Martins era in Black Sabbath 👍👍👍

Tony Martin, incidentally, is still around and whilst his voice did deteriorate in the mid-90s, he has rebounded really well. He released his third solo album "Thorns" last year, and it shows he still retains his power.

This song is off 1989's "Headless Cross" album - Brian May of Queen as mentioned was indeed involved with the song - he played the guitar solo in the studio version, as you can hear. The studio version features Tony Martin on lead vocals, Tony Iommi on guitar, Cozy Powell on drums, Laurence Cottle on bass and Geoff Nicholls on keyboards. Live as you can see on the video footage, the bass player is Neil Murray, and he stayed in Black Sabbath for the next album, 1990's Tyr and it's tour, and returned for 1995's Forbidden album and tour.

Love that Brian May solo on this incredible track. Tony Martin is easily my favourite Sabbath singer, I adore his latest album too - it's brilliant.

I have to admit that I'm a huge Sabbath fan, but I don't know this era of them, but I like his voice. I'm going to check out some more of this period in their career.

Tony Martin was great. Dio is my Black Sabbath singer. I was 16 when Heaven and Hell came out. But Tony was great, Black Sabbath did a couple of world class albums with him that really went under the radar.

"When Death Calls" was the first music i heard with Tony Martin back in 2004. Amazing video!

Thank you for showing some appreciation to this amazing singer. The other reaction channels on YT haven't caught on to this gem yet.

Great job! This was a pleasure to watch! Your new partner is great! :) Yes, this was studio sound overlaid onto concert footage, so that you can have the best sound with an image to go with it. Tony Martin is a very underrated singer, and he did a great job during his albums with Black Sabbath. This proves once again that everything Tony Iommi is involved with is fantastic, and he is unmatched in his versatility as a music writer. He gets the maximum out of everyone.

I have to admit this is one of the most impressive reaction videos i have ever seen for a multitude of reasons. First is the fact that none of my Nepali customers - young or old - like or have interest in rock n' roll let alone heavy metal. That you do is most impressive. Secondly in terms of the band Black Sabbath hardly anybody does reaction videos to the great Tony Martin era of the band and that you do is once again impressive. Thirdly that most women i know don't like heavy metal - particularly Black Sabbath and that you do is impressive. The fact that you are bringing a young girl into the reaction and making her aware of this music is impressive. and last but not least you are both pleasing on the eye. The little girl is so cute and her mentor is gorgeous is also impressive. Keep up the great work.... both of you!

The best Sabbath /Tony Martin song is The Headless Cross. What an awesome tune. This one is great as well. I love me Ozzy and RJD but Martin gets overlooked as does the great Ian Gillan who sang lead for the Born Again record.

Super underrated. Just look at how many nitwits posted already that this isn't the "real Sabbath", even though it's Tony Iommi all the way through.

There are a lot of great songs from the Martin era and imo Headless Cross, although great, is not even top 5

Saw Sabbath with Martin 4 times, Dio 3 times, Ozzy 1, Gillan 1. All fantastic shows. Had tix for Glenn Hughes, but they cancelled last minute. LOL

Thanks for another great reaction. There was also a time when the former lead singer of Deep Purple- Ian Gillan took on the lead singer role.

Good stuff, your sister is getting to see bands. Be good to see what she thinks of this (it's a bit lighter) - Bruce Springsteen - Born to Run: kzbin.info/www/bejne/f6nYhZuEnNFmj6M You could introduce her to different genres to see what she really likes the most.

it's black Sabbath with Tony Martin singing, this song off headless cross album.
@mikeg.42112 жыл бұрын
@@ReactionRetreat , you are absolutely correct. If it's Tony Iommi writing the music and playing lead guitar, it's Black Sabbath. :)

Why isn't it Black Sabbath
@DarksaberForce Жыл бұрын
@@jimmy-stourbridge-fc8980 To some if it ain't Ozzy singing it's not Sabbath which is a big insult to Tony Iommi and all the other talented musicians who performed with him especially the dearly departed Cozy Powell and Tony Martin who was perhaps the most loyal to Iommi.
