Edit: It appears that the girls' reactions are dependent on whether or not you're in a relationship with them. Because when I gave the one to Naoto, (which I immediately changed back after seeing what it was,) her response was completely different than the ones shown here. She said, "Uhhh... What is this?! Is this supposed to be some sort of armor?! It barely covers anything! Please, don't look this way! I must have five pints of blood in my face right now!" And I don't remember what Chie said about hers. But since I wasn't dating either of them on that file, the reactions were noticeably angrier than the ones here. I assume this video is only showing the specific responses for if you're dating them. If this were in any way a realistic situation, the girls would have noticed what they were supposed to put on before putting it on so that they could refuse to. Since none of them want to do it, you'd think they could have said no. By the way, you get all these costumes from Kashiwagi's quests. Which explains a lot. I wish I hadn't done the first two. But I can't finish the last one anyway. (It requires fishing. So Yukiko is the one who gets let off easy if you're like me and hate luck based things in games.)
