We were about 300000 people. I slept there, in the park, 1week to be in the front row, some of my friends moved to Modena 2weeks before the concert. It was unblievable, unforgettable, and perfectly arranged. Nothing went wrong.Woman in the band is Clara Moroni, she has been the main chorister for many years. Vasco is famous since earlier 80s in Italy. He was the first italian singer to take concerts in San Siro Stadium in 1990.

Three kids but only one in the marriage... it was 40 years activity celbration in 2017. Now in 2023 he's in his 46th year... and he is 71 now 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪 he will reach the 50th 😂😂😂😂😂😂. This year in 11 concerts he reached out 450.000 people. They calculated that until today he has sung for 40 milion people... we love our Kom ❤

In Italy we are in 60 million people.. here you can se 300.000 people.. so 1 out 200 was here.. if you take off young and olds, you can imagine it was an unbelievable gig.. he wrote rock history.. and if you take this crowd 200 times, you know how big and small is Italy, but with people that has a lot of passion… hope to see you in a concert here!! Clarification. The word "negro" used by Vasco in this song has no racial connotation. In 1980 when the song came out, the radios stations censored it for that phrase "she went home with the black, bitch!". In reality Vasco has repeatedly explained that one evening, when he was a young DJ, he had picked up a pretty girl. At the end of the evening he stops to talk to his friend Alfredo and sees that she goes away with another, a friend of him, a short one, certainly Santino, who was picking up the prettiest ones. Thus was born "Colpa d'Alfredo" just after that episode. Vasco explained that "negro" did not indicate the color of the skin, but that Santino was very small but "super gifted", and therefore he constantly hooked up because as Vasco says, "women also look at that". Hence the nickname "slut".

I wasn't there this time; I was at his first ever "record breaking" gig, in Milan, 80000 people, many years ago. I was amongst the first ones to enter the stadium and made myself comfy in the pit, at one point a few hours later I looked up and was shocked to see the amount of people surrounding me. Oh by the way... the "black guy" was not a "black" guy. He was an Italian from southern Italy (who are often called "African" by those polite people living let's say northern of Rome). Some say this guy worked on the local gas-station and bought himself a BMW back then... therefore Vasco says "his car matters". But someone else says he had also a respectable D. Therefore in the song some read that the phrase "I think his car matters"... well the car is not "the car" but rather soemthing else that mattered for the girl... you know what I mean

Like many of his other songs, he sets a thought into music, an attitude that, for better or for worse, everyone experienced as boys, in this case having to justify oneself to friends by blaming something or someone when you can't go "to the basket" with a girl and usually is someone who is faster or more flashy than you, but this alone would not be enough because he also had the handicap of "Alfredo's serious and inappropriate speeches" ;). The piece was released in 1980 and probably the "events" narrated are to be placed at the Snoopy or the "Picchio Rosso" (popular clubs in the Modena area) in the period 77-79. At that time Vasco was only known locally and the word "negro" could never really mean African because in that area, in those years, there were very few African immigrants and the probability that one of them even had a cool car I'd say it's below zero. Simply “il negro” was the nickname of the sneacky cool guy of the club at that time… each club had its own for example “Zanza” at the Blow-up in Rimini (see Tony Manero at “2001 odyssey” in SNF). I don't think Vasco could have imagined that that song would have been listened to over the years by millions of people and that the key to popularity would have been in that sentence in which with 2 adjectives he offends 3 categories of people at the same time for the sole purpose of justifying his failure that evening. .

This song was written in 1980 and the all controversy is not actually because the "other guy" is black, but the use of the n* word. He could have used the word "black" instead used the "n*". Alfredo, his friend, made him arrive late to the appointment, she was tired to wait and left with the "African".
