Puri and Bhatura are different from each other… Puri is made of wheat flour and Bhatura is made from refined flour in which flour is kneaded with curd and fermented in it,

Bhature is different than poori. Bhature dough has to be fermented with yeast or yogurt. Poori is made with regular dough.

there are many sweets naming aggarwal sweets in delhi and all are just okay they all are diffrent owners who was orignal know one knows but there are many gol gappa walas in delhi which serve authentic and quite awesome chaats. and gol gappas in delhi has suji and atta both its your choice to have which one pani puri of mumbai and poochka from kolkata is very diffrent gol gappa is most identical with pakistan i guess although never visited there bro.

Chole bhature is different from chole puri.... Bhature khamir maide se bante hai aur inke ander paneer ki halki si stuffing hoti hai... Chole puri se jyda better taste hota hai chole bhature ka... Bhature soft aur flufy hote hai

He is showing areas like old Delhi and those are very congested and over crowded. I visit these areas hardly once or twice in 5 to 10 Years. Most of the delhi is very well developed and modern and much less crowded unlike areas like Batla house, old Delhi which are having huge muslim population.
